In order to make consumers rest assured and satisfied with the use of my brand products, Royal Audio will strictly abide by the relevant laws issued by the state, in accordance with the "microcomputer commodity repair and replacement responsibility provisions" specific terms and relevant provisions, the provisions of the company's after-sales service system.


(1) Consumers should complete the warranty card and affile the dealer's seal when purchasing the machine.

(2) Service period: Royal Audio promises good quality products, products from the sale of 7 days from the normal use of failure, consumers can choose free return, replacement or repair. Consumers buy the machine after normal use within one year of failure can be free warranty. For consumers who do not meet the conditions of free replacement or free warranty service, our company still provides technical services, when the need to repair and replace parts of the material fee.

(3) The date of purchase shall be subject to the date of purchase invoice or receipt issued by the distributor.

(4) Under any of the following circumstances, the "Three Guarantees" service cannot be enjoyed:

1) Damage caused by all human factors, including failure and damage caused by use in abnormal working environment, use not according to the instructions or use in computer environment not according to the instructions;

2) The user disassembles, repairs and refits the machine without the consent of the Company;

3) Damage caused by poor transportation after purchase;

4) Damage caused by other irresistible (such as flood, lightning strike, earthquake, abnormal voltage);

5) Normally used, worn and cracked, rusted or dyed,

6) Products that do not belong to the Company (such as fake goods);

7) Can not show the valid purchase voucher, no warranty card;

8) The bar code of the body is damaged;

(5) after-sales maintenance, freight borne by oneself.


Ii. Product replacement and Warranty Procedure Customers should take invoices to the dealer to contact the warranty service if there is any malfunction after purchase. If the problem is not solved properly, please call or write to our customer service department, we will solve the problem for you in the shortest time.
